POLE VAULT
CLASSES & LESSONS
Athletes will learn pole vault safety, rope vaulting, gymnastics skills training for pole vault, vaulting walk through drills, skills progressions, speed training, take off training, and correct vaulting techniques.
KGSP also offers private lessons, open vaults, and group vaulting.
